Menses are expected: to normalize after myomectomy & can improve chances of pregnancy if that is the goal. So I suspect your lack of a period is due to the Mirena (levonorgestrel) ... but I do not know why you are having a different effect with it now than before surgery. Perhaps stopping cyclic bleeding would have happened anyway, even without surgery, which would not be unusual with a Mirena (levonorgestrel). Not of concern unless pursuing pregnancy
