Your doc: Should have explained all of that to u, u can skip periods because of the Progesterone in the iud and many women stop having them at all as long as the iud is in, if u think u may be pregnant then u need to do a blood preg test or if u are worried then your gyn can do an exam and ultrasound to check everything.
