LIkely Normal: Only about 20% of women with a Mirena (levonorgestrel) don't bleed. So it is more common then not to have some sort of bleeding with the mirena, (levonorgestrel) even if you didn't before. The bleeding can vary from every month, to several times a year. However if the strings are longer than usual or you have pain that you don't usually have or fever then there might be in infection - get checked out.
