Not a bad thing: Sweating is one of the ways that your body has to cool off the core temperature. When you exercise you are generating heat and your body needs to cool off. You actually keep your temperature very tightly controlled most of the time. Sweating allows you to maintain a good temperature inside. No really good way to stop it and it wouldn't be healthy at all.
