Depends: On whether the Percocet was prescribed, for one thing. If you have a prescription, they cannot "fail" you on a test, unless it is a safety-sensitive position (like a bus driver) where you cannot take those meds without clearance. A single use of oxycodone will usually result in a positive test for 2-3 days, so you may test positive. Working out and sweating are irrelevant.
