What can be causing my upper back pain? I have GERD and my Gma had pancreatic cancer. Seems like right behind my heart. Sharp pain, severe at times. Also having left side pain and throat feeling full and scratchy not like a sore throat. GERD 15+ yrs
30y/o, history of GERD + esophagus tender, take Zantac (ranitidine). Now have dysphagia lump in throat feeling 4 a week+. If I go to ER will they test for cancer?
Lump on left side of neck just under jaw line, can only be felt when I tense muscles and when I lie on my side it sits on jaw tender to touch. Cancer?
