A member asked:

I have two lumps on my neck, had them for years. could that be an indication of leukemia?

No: cuatnaeous leukemia can rarely present as a skin lesion and not lumps on neck. Think more of those lumps present for a long time that do not appear to have enlarged dramatically or increased in number and one should suspect a benign process. While these could be inflammatory nodes, more likely one thinks of lipomas or sebaceous cysts.
