I have a mpv of 11.2, all other blood counts are normal, is this an indication of leukemia?

No : Mpv is "mean platelet volume" - so it means you have large platelets--which might be due to clumping, particularly if it says that somewhere else on your CBC report. It is not any kind of white blood cell (/leukocyte) test, so does not evaluate for leukemia.
