Unnecessary concern: If you really have no exposure to blood or fluid from HIV, why are you so concerned? Are you sharing toothbrush with another person? If so , why? Even then it would be nearly impossible for you to acquire HIV via a toothbrush unless it is soaked in HIV infected blood. You need to talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist re. this phobia.
