The blood on faucet has been exposed to air and is not viable. You don't even know if the blood contained the HIV virus. The virus is spread by blood to blood contact. If you have bloody gums and blood from an infected person or instrument gets into your mouth than there is high probability of transmission. In your case no cause for concern.
