Which antibiotic?: It is hard to say given we do not know what antibiotic child is on. It may be able to cover both, although usually abx for OM covers gram positive and abx for UTI more so for gram negative. However if abx prescribed has broad coverage it could work for both. I would follow up with physician for urine test if any concern
