Not necessarily: unless heavy bleeding or an open incompetent cervix, the pain is not diagnostic of a spontaneous abortion. Get a blood prgenacy test to confirm a viable pregnancy.

Possibly: Remain optimistic about this. If your symptoms progress, things won't look good. If your cramping and any bleeding/spotting improves, you/pregnancy should be OK.

Unsure: If there was a fetal heartbeat confirmed, the the likelihood of a miscarriage should be less than 3%. It is difficult to be more precise without knowing have far along in the pregnancy you are, what your history is, etc.
