Projectile vomit: Hello Darrian. The condition that you're thinking of is called 'pyloric stenosis'. It is not uncommon and can cause projectile vomiting usually in very young infants. You can sometimes feel a little bump in the stomach from the muscle that has grown too big for the food to pass. The surgery to fix it is very quick and simple with few complications. Good luck :)

Small Tummies: The condition u are referring to is called Pyloric Stenosis. In pyloric stenosis, the pylorus muscles thicken, blocking food from entering the baby's small intestine. Pyloric stenosis can lead to forceful vomiting, dehydration and weight loss. Babies with this condition may seem to always be hungry. Pyloric stenosis can be fixed with surgery.
