Allergy/sinuses: If you have had a head injury recently then this could be a serious problem and you need to be seen right away. If you have not had a head injury then it is likely to be allergic rhinitis or chronic sinusitis. You could try a nonsedating anti-histamine like loratadine and nasal saline solution to try and clear up the drainage. If this does not work then see your doctor for further evaluation.
