Growth: All children have their height and weight measured when they see their doctor and the results are added to a graph. Ask the doctor for a copy of the graph and see if your daughter is growing tall and gaining weight along the graphs. If she is deviating from the charts you and the doctor need to find out why.

? question ?: You gave some data but asked no clear question. I'll assume you are wondering how much taller she can grow. It is hard to predict. Most girls will grow up to 2.5 in after first menses. Her expected height based only on her parents would be around 5"3" but if she entered puberty early (advanced bone age), She may slow and stop soon.
