Ingrown cyst: By ingrown cysts I'm assuming that you're talking about cysts caused by ingrown hairs. This is common with shaving the groin area to closely. It can cause folliculitis or inflammation of hair follicles. If you avoid shaving close that usually solves the problem. Also you can see you doctor and they prescribe an antibiotic which helps it clear up faster. I hope I answered your question :)
