Mostly shoes..: Relief from the pain caused by a bunionette is based on the severeness of the bunionette deformity. Milder deformities can usually be successfully treated with a shoe style change or by wearing an accomodative type pad attached to the skin. As the severity increases, the need for surgical correction becomes a more suitable answer. Consult with a Healthtap specialist for a more directed answer.
