Extraction: If you don't have any swelling or fever then you probably don't have an infection. Typical extraction sites get food in them and look infected and nasty. Just leave the ext site alone. If you don't have swelling, pain, or fever you are probably fine. Post operative infections following surgery are very rare. Follow up with your doctor if you are concerned.
