Psychiatrist: A psychiatrist is best qualified to advise and treat you as he/she is expert in diagnosing and treating both conditions and they have extensive experience using those medications with respect to side effects and interactions of medications.

Get evaluation: The combination of Xanax (alprazolam) and Zoloft can cause difficuty with focus and attention. Did you have problems with attention before these medications? If not, have your doctor reconsider your medications. Anxiety can mimic symptoms of ADHD

It is best to discuss this with your Psychiatrist who knows your medical history. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to evaluate your problems and help you. Please have a physical exam to find out if you have a physical illness causing your symptoms.
