YES: Your BP is elevated and should be treated. Please avoid any and all decongestant ( sudafed, pseudoephedrine) derivatives. OTC antihistamines like Claritin or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will not affect BP. Certainly have your thyroid function rechecked and reevaluated,.
