See your doctor ASAP: Dizzy spells like this can be due to rapid heartbeats or slow beats or other causes of a sudden drop in blood pressure. Your heart racing could be the cause and your doctor will know how to diagnose and treat it. You should get it checked out before you fall down in the street or, even worse, have a spell while you are driving!
