My 14 year old son is always extremely tired and sometimes he complains about being out of breath and his heart beat i can feel it with my hand its beating in an abnormal way and his eyes are sleepy but my main frustration is the tiredness .

See his doctor: Please see his doctor for a complete physical exam, and possibly an EKG (a monitoring of his heart) and possibly bloodwork. All of this together should help you come up with a reason for his fatigue (tiredness).
