Syncope: At your age I think the stress echo is critical.Could be subtle structural heart abnormality. Tilt table is usually to evaluate orthostatic hypotension, tachycardia, if it were positive you would do the echo anyway because t is the underlying cardiac abnormality that is treated..When ever there is a cardiac concern (and syncope raises that concern)the first test is echo, look at the heart..
