Right upper pain: Right upper abdominal pain may be a symptoms of gall stones or decrease in function ( biliary dyskinesia) or liver, pancreas, intestinal problems, ascending or transverse colon problems. If someone were to have has significant pain with fever or persistent vomiting, weight loss one should seek further medical advice and evaluation.
