Branched chain amino: Assuming you're referring to Branched Chain Amino Acids (valine, leucine and isoleucine), yes, you can take them w/Amoxicillin and just about any other antibiotic & medication (although some meds need to be taken on an empty stomach). BCAA's are just concentrated forms of digested food. In other words, it's protein broken down into its constituent parts or building blocks (amino acids).
