Otitis media?: This is possible. He is old enough to irrigate his nose and sinuses with a saline solution using a Neti-pot. Get a decongestant, expectorant, analgesic combo from your friendly pharmacist. If he does not get better very quickly get him to a doctor. Hope this clears up soon.
