Miscarriage: There will be some early bleeding in about 1 out of 6 normal pregnancies. The Progesterone level is of little help. HCG levels should double every 48 hours (approximately). Unfortunately, your HCG levels are too far apart in time to determine if they have risen normally. The tests need to be 48 hours apart.
