I've had an early scan as i finished my contraceptive in july and had no lmp before i got pregnant and have had some bleeding. hcg levels are all okay. ultrascan put me at 5 weeks 3 days with empty gen sac, shouldn't there be more to see?

Viable pregnancy: An early scan for missed menses showed 5week3days pregnancy described as a sac. You should start seeing transition from fetal sac to fetal pole. There should evidence of fetal heart beat once the fetal pole is 6weeks. Conservative management is the key at this stage as follows: 1. Get a quantitative hcg and repeat in 2days for normal rise. 2. Repeat the scan in one week for fetal pole heart beat.
