Neither: Hi. Maybe I'm missing yor point. You have a normal TSH and a normal free T4, and you're wondering if you're hypothyroid or hyperthyroid? You left out the correct answer...normal thyroid. Normal is normal. That sounds trite, doesn't it?! But true. Normal thyroid function is normal, not hypo, not hyper, but normal. If I'm missing the point, please clarify. Good luck!
