Right cheek feeling: This should be evaluated by a neurologist most likely. The 5Th cranial nerve controls the muscles of mastication and the 7Th the sensation to the face. Do you have numbness in your tongue? Is there pain assoc.? Do you bite your cheek? I can't give you a definitive answer without examining you and possibly evaluating an MRI. Seek attention.
