Game plan: Think very carefully about your bedtime routine at the time this problem started. Any new soaps, lotions, make up removers at that time? Do you have a different pillow? (Down in particular can cause allergy symptoms in susceptible individuals) Do you suffer from eye strain? If you can remove any of these potential triggers, you may be able to solve the problem. by eliminating them.
