Allergies: Ocular allergies have many sources, and the problem is figuring out what's causing them so that you can reduce or eliminate your exposure. Why don't you trial over the counter zaditorâ„¢ to see if your itching decreases or stops. Of persistent, see an eye md for additional treatment options.

Too dry in room?: Is there alot of heat in your toom that is drying the air out. If so, you want to get a humidifier. If you do not itch during the day, it is probably not allergies. You could also put sterile eyedrops in your eye before bed and see if that helps.
