Why worry at 23 ?: If want to worry of getting pancreatic cancer , wait for 3 or more decades , mean while be happy ,have nice life style no smoking no drinking of alcohol , dream what you want in your life and go for it

60's: There are 2 main types. What is commonly referred to as "pancreatic cancer" is more specifically called pancreatic adenocarcinoma and this arises usually after age 60, but there are exceptions. The other kind of pancreatic cancer is called neuroendocrine cancer and can arise at any age. For a 23 year old, either would be rare, but talk to your doctor about the symptoms that have you worried.
