Has any child ever gotten pancreatic cancer? what's the youngest age?

Not likely, old.: Pancreatic cancer presents at middle (50's) to older age. Patients have a history of long standing diabetes, chronic pancreatitis, and smoking. This is probably why these are not seen in children.

Yes: It's exceedingly rare, but kids can get a kind of pancreatic cancer called pancreatoblastoma. For the most common form, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, the earliest I have heard is in the twenties.
