Not urgently: This ECG should be read by the appropriate physician to confirm the interpretation. There may also be borderline left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). While this should not delay your surgery, LAA and LVH may both be seen as a result of hypertension and you should discuss this further with your doctor.
