PSA pretty good..: Often, in your situation we would like to see the PSA be undetectable, but 0.8 is low & reassuringly stable. Only your treating physicians can advise you on the risks/benefits of adding a treatment such as radiation in your individual case. Besides generally healthy eating, two diets may reduce prostate cancer risk: Japanese-green tea/soy/veggies/fish & Mediterranean-tomatoes/garlic/olive oil,etc
