Breathe into bag: You may have been panting and that makes it worse. Breathing into a brown lunch bag - in and out - a few complete cycles gets your chemistry back in order. Find steps online. Also - for long term - find a good CBT therapist and they'll teach you skills to deal w/ this. If meds are needed the'll refer for that. Best!

Panic attacks: Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Try Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises, Progressive muscle relaxation & Cognitive Behavioral Tx.
