Harm: In normal circumstances, it would be extremely rare that anyone dies or serious harm occur only because of anxiety/panic attack. However, when other conditions are present (cardiac, hypertension, etc) it is very important to treat and prevent those, since they may mask, represent or trigger a more dangerous situation. Get treatment.
