Psychiatrist: A psychiatrist is able to evaluate and treat, and part of the treatment will probably be medication to reduce anxiety, and part will be psychotherapy. Ask your dr for a recommendation.

2B on the Safe Side: ...Get this checked out by ur primary care doc, if u haven't already! i always advise my patients 2get checked over when they're having physical symptoms. Assuming what u experienced is related 2 anxiety or panic, i'd 1st recommend researching these conditions. (e.g. See http://www.Anxietybc.Org) it's not uncommon for someone who's had a panic attack 2start dreading having another one!
