Is there a reason?: For being concerned about HIV?? If so you should deal with this ASAP with your Primary Care Provider. NO!!!! it DOES NOT sound like HIV. Rather it sounds like symptoms of a local infection (groin nodes develop from infection in fungal disease feet ("Athlete's foot!!) or a systemic viral gastroenteritis! Hope this helps! Dr Z
