My mother has constant reoccurring asthma, and has been in hospital over 200 days with it, any tips to help ease the constant attacks?

Find asthma triggers: Wow! Sorry to hear that. Your mom definitely needs close follow up w/both her GP & her pulmonologist (lung specialist). It might also be helpful to see an allergist to look for allergic causes. There are several prevention-type medications/ihalers that may need to be used regularly to prevent attacks as opposed to trying to rescue oneself regularly. Sometime (steroid) pills are used. Good luck!
