Uncertain: Does your company have tight spaces that are crowded or poorly ventilated. Do you all wear masks at all times? Do you work near the same location as the infected people? Do you feel any change in your baseline symptoms? It sounds like you are high risk, if South Africa allows for same, I think testing would be prudent.
