X-Ray ?: Assuming it's leaded glass, any pain after healing can be evaluated by a post-injury X-Ray, but if you heal painlessly, you have little to worry about. If the glass is unleaded, just make sure the cleaning, or debridement is thorough and involves generous rinsing out with water
