I fell on glass almost exactly a month ago and while the cut on my hand has healed well, its still painful on and around it yet kind of numb at the same time. i know thats probably normal but its been a month and the cut was only maybe 1/2 long?

It is important to be certain that the glass piece is not left unremoved under the healed skin. The pain and the numbness is due to nerve injury and that may take a while to heal as separate entitiy from the skin healing.
