Potentially: contaminated wounds should be cleaned immediately with mild soap and water, covered with thin layer of topical antibiotic ointment, covered and then evaluated by a physician. Tetanus prophylaxis should be updated as needed and decisions regarding further treatment should be left to the physician taking into account any existing medical issues such as diabetes, vascular disease, smoking, etc.

Hand lacerations: May be simple/complex depending upon anatomy. If you have a known injury with glass, it is important to have the glass removed. Small punctate tiny minuscule fragments may not have any effect on structures if they are in the subcutaneous space, but locations such as deep to the fascia may result in injury. If you have a discoloration or increasing pain then infection should be ruled out. Get seen
