Cut my hand on broken glass that dropped, i washed up my hands, but should i be worried about small glass? i dont know what to do.

Yes: first you have to worry if you are up to date in your tetanus sht or not you might need a booster if it have been long time a definite on if the glass was dirty secong ,small pices always a problem but if the kind of glass you have broke to pig pieces, you worry less about missing pieces but if it is the kind that brake to multiple small one, you always have to worry about remaining missing pieces
