None: At age 20 your height is likely set, no medicine will help increase your height at this point I'm afraid. If there was something I too would use it, but being shorter has its advantages. Find your advantages and have a wonderful life at the height you are. Occasionally young men your age will grow in college like David Robinson the Hall of Fame basketball player who grew 10 inches.

Calcium: Does NOT affect your growth. Are you a male ?? female?? What are the Heights of your parents??? These are questions which you could answer in a repeat question! Hope this helps Dr Z
