Most males stop growing taller at 17-18.A single x-ray of your wrist/hand could look for open growth centers.If present you may grow more, if the growth centers are closed, you are done. Proper nutrition ,rest and exercise support normal growth.No pill/stretchig routien or other such practice will add height.
