No benefit: Your final height is determined by inherited genetic factors.It can be lessened by poor health &poor diet.There are no supplements (calcium), special foods,special stretches or exercises that make you taller. An x-ray of her wrist/hand can determine bone maturity & reveal evidence suggestive of growth hormone deficiency or simple delay of growth.

Height at age: You do not state biological parent's heights (maybe adopted?) as stated she is at 5th percentile in ht. Simplest easy test is to get her bone age! That may be her genetically determined ht and no extra Amt of calcium will help. She may have a growth hormone deficiency. Unlikely at this point, but see a peds endocrinologist to know 4 sure.
