Need more data & lab: Need more information, how old are you? other medical problems? what did your doctor do on those 2 appointments? Is the pain brought on by fatty foods? do you have any history of heartburn or peptic ulcers? Gallstones typically become symptomatic after fatty meal, more common in middle aged women . Heartburn , also called GERDS, may be caused by a bacteria in the stomach.You need further workup
